I've lived here for about a year now and management is awful. They refuse to fix anything in your apartment unless you constantly are asking or have a lawyer and they have tried to kick my family out multiple times for nothing. If you are BIPOC, this place is 50/50. Great community though! Everyone is super nice and the place is safely secured.

My experience with Mamook Tokatee has been very stressful and I would advise anyone considering renting from them to do the their own research, including a Reddit forum about a class action lawsuit. They have continually promised me that they are resolving issues but they do not take the steps to resolve the bad credit I have that resulted from their mistake. They have acknowledged the mistake in emails but they have not helped me clear my credit and this must be done on their side. It has dragged on and on. I really regret doing business with them and I am a special needs person; I feel as though they have taken advantage of my disability. I would also advise anyone who feels they have had their rights violated by this company to report to the HUD renters portal as well as the Oregon Housing Authority. I imagine that Mamook Tokatee might respond to this review by claiming that they are always available to resolve issues but my response in advance is do me a favor and don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining.
